We are hiring a Manager Sales & Marketing to lead business growth for a fast-growing sports retail brand based in Lahore.

The role requires strong experience in retail operations, e-commerce, and marketing, with the ability to drive sales across both physical stores and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to grow retail and e-commerce sales

Launch and manage retail outlets across Pakistan

Build and scale online sales channels (website & social media)

Drive revenue through effective pricing, promotions, and campaigns

Align sales with production to ensure smooth supply chain operations

Lead brand development and marketing initiatives

Manage and guide cross-functional teams to achieve business targets

Monitor market trends, competition, and customer behavior

Analyze sales performance and provide insights for improvement

Ensure strong customer experience across all channels

Travel to Sialkot (1–2 days/week) as required

7–10 years of experience in sales, retail, and marketing

Experience in retail operations and e-commerce is essential

Strong leadership and team management skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Experience in a start-up or fast-growth environment is a plus
