What you’ll be doing

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify potential clients and build a strong B2B pipeline for our sales team.
Generate high-quality B2B leads for software development, AI, and data-focused technology firms.
Identify and qualify key decision-makers such as founders, CTOs, CMOs, and heads of data.
Use prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and Crunchbase.
Create and manage multi-channel outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, etc.).
Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
Work on-site at Johar Town, Lahore.

What we’re looking for

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to research and identify potential clients and decision-makers
Experience with lead generation tools: Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic CRM management (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
Good English writing and verbal communication skills
Data collection and data management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Understanding of B2B outreach and client engagement strategies
Time management and organizational skills
