We are seeking a proactive Upwork Bidder responsible for generating new business opportunities through Upwork and other freelancing platforms. The ideal candidate is confident in communication, proposal writing, and client handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms
- Write professional, winning proposals to secure projects
- Communicate effectively with international clients
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Maintain client communication until project conversion
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements

What we’re looking for
- Must-have: Strong English communication and writing skills
- Must-have: Proposal writing and client communication skills
- Must-have: Understanding of Upwork and freelancing platforms
- Must-have: Ability to identify and bid on relevant projects
- Must-have: Knowledge of lead generation and business development
- Must-have: Good negotiation and client-handling skills
- Must-have: Basic understanding of IT/software services
- Must-have: Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Must-have: Time management and organizational skills
- Must-have: Confidence in dealing with international clients
- Preferred: Previous experience in Upwork bidding or freelancing
- Preferred: Experience in lead generation or business development
