Bookkeeper Required, Quickbooks Online - Remote Position

Bookkeeping Pro is a Karachi-based sole proprietorship providing professional accounting and bookkeeping services to SMEs, startups, freelancers, and firms across Pakistan. We use cloud platforms (QuickBooks Online, Xero) to deliver accurate daily bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll support, and financial reports. We are hiring a part-time night bookkeeper (remote) for QuickBooks Online data entry and reconciliations. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 1520 hours/week; night shift (PKT) with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Enter daily transactions and maintain ledgers in QuickBooks Online
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Process invoices, payments, accounts receivable, and accounts payable records
• Prepare basic financial summaries and month-end schedules
• Assist with payroll data entry and statutory records
• Ensure data accuracy, file organization, and secure backups
• Communicate with team and clients on discrepancies and follow-up tasks
• Adhere to internal controls, deadlines, and confidentiality

• Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online or strong willingness to learn quickly
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, filters)
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
• Reliable internet connection and laptop/PC for remote night work
• Time management and discipline for night shift; ability to work independently
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn (training provided)
