What you'll be doing

Timing: Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm

We are seeking a Business Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.

What we're looking for

2-3 years of experience as a business analyst in IT or related fields.
Proficient in requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder communication.
Experience with SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, Jira, and Asana.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
