Overview:

We are seeking a Night Business Analyst with a minimum of 3 years' experience to capture requirements, translate business needs into clear deliverables, and support night development cycles. The role involves close collaboration with product managers, developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality.

Responsibilities

Elicit and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Create process maps, workflows, and functional specifications
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog with product managers and stakeholders
Collaborate with developers and QA during the night shift; clarify requirements and resolve blockers
Perform impact analysis, support release activities and handovers
Track metrics, produce status reports, and facilitate stakeholder meetings

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' business analysis experience in software, web, or mobile projects
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience with Agile/Scrum, user stories, wireframes, and UML
Proficient in SQL for data validation; familiar with APIs
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence (or similar), and Excel/Google Sheets
Ability to work the night shift and manage stakeholders across time zones
