Role:
Internship for fresh graduates in Social Media & Operations. This on-site role supports content creation, community engagement, event logistics, and day-to-day operational tasks to learn end-to-end event delivery.

Role:
Internship for fresh graduates in Social Media & Operations. This on-site role supports content creation, community engagement, event logistics, and day-to-day operational tasks to learn end-to-end event delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Draft captions, create basic visuals using Canva, and develop hashtag strategies.
- Monitor comments and messages, engage the community, and report trends.
- Support event operations including vendor coordination, run sheets, and on-site assistance.
- Maintain spreadsheets for budgets, inventories, and schedules.
- Help with basic AV/production setups and site logistics when required.
- Prepare post-event reports and basic performance analytics.
- Support multiple teams and perform ad-hoc office tasks.
What we’re looking for
- Languages: Strong verbal and written communication in English and Urdu.
- Social & Content Tools: Familiarity with social platforms; experience with Canva and Creator Studio.
- Analytics & Office Tools: Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets skills; willingness to learn analytics.
- Operations: Basic understanding of event logistics, vendor coordination, and AV/production support.
- Work Style: Good organizational and time-management skills; detail-oriented; comfortable multitasking in fast-paced environments; team player with proactive attitude; flexible hours.
