Primary responsibilities include:
- Greet visitors, manage the reception area, and direct guests to appropriate staff or departments.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to routine inquiries.
- Manage daily check-ins, appointment scheduling, and maintain visitor logs.
- Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, and preparing documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Coordinate with security and facilities for smooth entry and exit procedures.
- Support internal teams with ad-hoc tasks, including mail handling and simple bookkeeping records as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and reflects the company’s professional image.
This is an onsite position based in Rawalpindi with regular in-person interaction with customers and colleagues.
