What you'll be doing

Prime Cuts is seeking a professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The role focuses on creating a welcoming environment, managing front-desk operations, and supporting daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning. The successful candidate will represent the company with a courteous, professional demeanor and help maintain efficient communication across teams and with customers.

Primary responsibilities include:
  • Greet visitors, manage the reception area, and direct guests to appropriate staff or departments.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to routine inquiries.
  • Manage daily check-ins, appointment scheduling, and maintain visitor logs.
  • Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, and preparing documents.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Coordinate with security and facilities for smooth entry and exit procedures.
  • Support internal teams with ad-hoc tasks, including mail handling and simple bookkeeping records as needed.
  • Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and reflects the company’s professional image.

This is an onsite position based in Rawalpindi with regular in-person interaction with customers and colleagues.
