What you'll be doing

MT Communications, a telecommunications firm based in Rawalpindi, is seeking motivated Cold Callers to join our customer outreach team. Working onsite, you will make outbound calls to prospective customers across Pakistan to generate interest in our services, qualify leads, and set appointments for the sales team. The role is suitable for energetic communicators who enjoy conversation, can handle objections professionally, and work toward targets in a team-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads and call lists.
  • Introduce MT Communications services clearly and persuasively, tailoring the pitch to the prospect's needs.
  • Qualify leads by asking targeted questions and recording responses accurately in the CRM.
  • Handle objections calmly and professionally, working to overcome barriers to interest or to escalate when appropriate.
  • Schedule appointments or transfers to the sales team for qualified prospects.
  • Maintain up-to-date call notes, follow-up reminders, and meet daily/weekly outreach targets.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement activities to refine scripts and processes.

The successful candidate will become part of a supportive, collaborative environment that encourages professional development and offers clear progression paths. This position is based in Rawalpindi and requires consistent on-site presence and adherence to company procedures.
