Skylight Codeworks is hiring a Business Development Intern for our Lahore office. This role is ideal for candidates who want to grow in IT sales, lead generation, client communication, and business development.

You will work with our team to find new clients, manage leads, send outreach messages, prepare basic proposals, and learn how a software company acquires new business.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and online platforms
• Assist in lead generation and client outreach
• Maintain lead records and follow-ups
• Support the team in preparing proposals and presentations
• Communicate professionally with clients
• Research market trends and business opportunities

Requirements

• Experience or coursework in sales, marketing, or business development
• Strong communication skills
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, Excel, and CRM tools
• Interest in IT/software services
• Confident, proactive, and willing to learn
• Comfortable with onsite work and standard office timings
