About the Role

We are hiring an Associate Business Developer / Upwork Bidder to generate quality business opportunities through Upwork bidding, LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, lead generation, proposal writing, and client communication. The ideal candidate will find relevant projects, write customized proposals, communicate with international clients, and support the business development process for IT/software services.

This role is suitable for candidates familiar with IT sales, software services, client acquisition, and online bidding platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Find and apply to relevant projects on Upwork
• Write customized, professional, and results-driven Upwork proposals
• Manage Upwork profile communication and client responses
• Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach and outbound emails
• Research potential clients and identify new business opportunities
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team
• Maintain lead pipeline, follow-ups, and proposal status
• Track conversions and report daily and weekly business development activity
• Support project onboarding after successful client communication
• Build professional relationships with potential clients
