Veclar Technologies, established in 2018 and based in Rawalpindi, is an IT services company serving both B2B and B2C clients across Pakistan and internationally. We help organizations with customer relationship guidance, digital marketing development, and a range of IT support services. We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to grow our client base, manage sales cycles, and strengthen long-term partnerships with enterprises and SMEs.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, outbound prospecting, and lead qualification focused on IT services and digital solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and contract closure.
- Build and maintain client relationships by understanding business needs, offering tailored service solutions, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with delivery and marketing teams to develop compelling proposals, pricing, and go-to-market strategies that align with client requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and accurately report pipeline and forecast in the CRM.
- Represent Veclar Technologies at client meetings, industry events, and webinars as needed to promote services and gather market intelligence.
- Track competitors and market trends to refine value propositions and identify cross-sell or upsell opportunities.
The role is office-based in Rawalpindi and requires excellent communication, commercial acumen, and a consultative approach to selling IT services. You will report to the Head of Sales and work closely with technical and marketing colleagues to convert leads into long-term customers.
