What you'll be doing

We are seeking a versatile IT professional based in Islamabad who works at the intersection of digital marketing, technical SEO, and IT team building. You will help grow our online presence and play a key role in expanding our IT department by identifying and vetting top local talent.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Marketing
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for local and international audiences across web, email, and social media channels.
  • Manage content calendars, track KPIs, and support brand growth online.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Conduct technical SEO audits, perform keyword research, implement on-page optimization, and develop backlink strategies.
  • Monitor rankings and organic traffic using tools such as Google Search Console and SEMrush.

IT Team Building & Talent Screening
  • Source and screen IT candidate profiles on platforms such as LinkedIn, Rozee.pk, and Mustakbil.
  • Evaluate technical backgrounds, coordinate with HR, and assist in shortlisting qualified candidates from Islamabad and surrounding areas.

Web Development & Website Management
  • Develop, update, and maintain company websites using WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
  • Manage page creation, content updates, plugin integrations, basic troubleshooting, and website performance improvements to ensure a functional, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized web presence.

Industry Experience Preference
