Job Description:

We are a pay-per-call affiliate network running international (US/Canada) campaigns and expanding our on-site team in Rawalpindi. We are hiring Call Center Representatives to handle inbound and outbound calls for our English-language campaigns. This is a full-time, on-site position. Only candidates currently residing in Rawalpindi should apply.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls and convert qualified leads using campaign scripts
Maintain a natural, confident tone while following structured call flows
Log call outcomes accurately in the CRM after each interaction
Meet daily targets for call quality and conversion rate
Work closely with the QA team to improve performance over time

What we're looking for

Requirements:

Fluent spoken English clear and accent-neutral preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center, BPO, sales, or customer support role
Comfortable working 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Pacific Time (US hours)
Calm under pressure, strong listener, professional attitude
Basic computer skills; experience with dialers or CRM tools is an advantage
Punctual and reliable attendance is critical in this role
