- Oversee daily operations: Manage opening/closing, inventory controls, vendor coordination, and cost monitoring to meet budget targets and minimize waste.
- Food quality and safety: Implement and enforce food safety procedures, ensure compliance with local health regulations, supervise food preparation and presentation, and maintain hygiene standards across the facility.
- Team leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor kitchen and service staff; conduct performance reviews and develop cross-training to maintain coverage.
- Customer experience: Ensure consistent, friendly service for employees, guests, and partners; handle feedback and resolve service issues promptly to improve satisfaction scores.
- Supplier and procurement management: Manage relationships with suppliers, prioritize local and farm-sourced ingredients, negotiate pricing, control stock levels, and coordinate deliveries with company supply schedules.
- Financial and reporting duties: Prepare daily/weekly sales and cost reports, monitor food and labor costs, recommend pricing and menu adjustments, and support periodic audits.
- Operational improvements: Identify workflow efficiencies, introduce sustainable practices (waste reduction, energy use), and implement SOPs for consistent service delivery.
The role is based in Jhelum with on-site presence required. The Restaurant Manager will work closely with shaheen7stars operations and procurement teams to prioritize traceable, high-quality ingredients sourced from company farms and partners. Strong organizational skills, hospitality industry experience, and commitment to food safety are essential.
