Overview:

AZEE Securities is a Karachi-based capital markets firm providing brokerage, advisory and investment services across Pakistan's equity and fixed-income markets. We combine local market expertise with institutional-grade research and technology to serve retail, high-net-worth and institutional clients.

Role:

The Graphic Designer & Video Editor will join the marketing and communications team to create visual assets that communicate AZEE's research, product offerings and brand messages across digital channels. Responsibilities include:

  • Create eye-catching static and animated graphics for social media, website, reports and presentations that reflect AZEE Securities' brand identity and regulatory tone.
  • Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content, including market updates, explainer videos, client testimonials and event coverage.


The role is based in Karachi and reports to the Head of Marketing. You will work closely with research, compliance and client-facing teams to ensure visuals support business objectives and maintain professional standards. AZEE offers a collaborative environment where creativity is balanced with attention to detail and regulatory sensitivity.

What we're looking for

  • Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for print and digital collateral.
  • Advanced experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition and visual hierarchy tailored to corporate finance communications.
  • Experience producing social-first video formats (vertical, square), optimizing bitrate and codecs, and exporting for web and mobile delivery.
  • Ability to storyboard, edit audio, mix soundtracks, and perform color correction and grading for polished outputs.
  • Knowledge of motion design principles, animated infographics and corporate brand animation techniques.
  • Comfort working with data visualizations: converting charts and research outputs into clear visual formats while preserving data accuracy.
  • Organizational skills for managing asset libraries, versioning and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-moving market environment.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work with analysts, compliance and sales teams; ability to accept feedback and iterate quickly.
