What you'll be doing

Refine Success (Pvt. Ltd.), a Lahore-based financial services firm, seeks a proactive Personal Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced advisory and capital solutions environment. The role supports executives across investment advisory, corporate finance and digital financial services, ensuring efficient daily operations and effective stakeholder coordination. The successful candidate will be organized, discreet, and capable of managing both administrative tasks and ad-hoc project support.

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate virtual and in-person appointments with clients, partners and internal teams.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations and reports; ensure materials are polished and delivered on time.
  • Act as the first point of contact for calls and messages, triage requests, and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Organize travel arrangements, expense reports and reimbursements when required; ensure accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas, take concise minutes and follow up on action items to drive timely completion.
  • Support basic research and data-gathering tasks to assist business development, client proposals and internal analyses.
  • Maintain filing systems, contact databases and standard operating procedures to improve team efficiency.

Refine Success values initiative, attention to detail and professional communication. This telecommute-friendly position requires strong time management and the ability to collaborate remotely with stakeholders across Pakistan. Occasional in-person meetings in Lahore may be scheduled when necessary.
