What you'll be doing

B2B Sales Intern

Green Upshot is an award-winning sustainability startup incubated at NIC Lahore, promoting eco-friendly products, plastic-free living, and scalable sustainable lifestyle solutions across Pakistan. The company combines product sourcing, education, and B2B partnerships to drive measurable waste reduction and add value for retail and corporate customers.

The B2B Sales Intern will support commercial growth by researching potential partners, reaching out to retail and corporate buyers, and assisting the sales team in closing pilot orders and partnerships. This is a hands-on internship based in Lahore with mentorship from experienced founders and sales professionals.

  • Support outbound lead generation and cold outreach to retailers, hotels, offices, and corporate procurement teams across Pakistan.
  • Qualify inbound leads and maintain CRM records with accurate contact details, conversation notes, and next steps.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, product pricing sheets, and pilot program briefs for prospective B2B partners.
  • Coordinate meetings, product presentations, and sample deliveries between internal teams and client contacts.
  • Track sales metrics, compile weekly progress reports, and help analyze conversion channels to improve outreach.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and collateral with sales priorities for target segments.
