Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain general ledger, prepare monthly journal entries and reconcile accounts receivable and payable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to support working capital needs.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and management reports.
- Ensure timely VAT and withholding tax calculations and filings; coordinate with external tax advisors as needed.
- Support inventory valuation and reconciliation for biomedical equipment, RO units and PCR consumables, ensuring proper cost accounting and recording of write-offs.
- Assist with budget preparation, periodic forecasting and analysis of margins on sales and service contracts.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales to validate invoices, credit notes and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain fixed asset register, calculate depreciation and support periodic audits.
This position is based in Lahore and requires adherence to local statutory and internal control procedures. The successful candidate will contribute to stronger financial controls and accurate reporting to support Diagnostic Solutions' growth in the health and biomedical supplies market.
