- Handle outbound calls for a USA / Canada campaign to engage potential customers and generate leads.
- Present company services clearly and professionally and qualify leads for follow-up.
- Maintain accurate call records and update campaign information.
- Work with the team lead to achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Address customer queries and objections and perform follow-up communication as required.
- Support campaign reporting by sharing call outcomes and customer responses.
- Follow company scripts, guidelines, and communication standards; maintain punctuality and professionalism during shifts.

Must-have:
Preferred:
- Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
- Confidence in cold calling and customer interaction; clear pronunciation and professional phone etiquette.
- Strong listening, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Basic sales, lead generation, or customer service understanding.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
- Basic computer skills and ability to maintain call records.
Preferred:
- Prior call center, sales, or customer support experience.
- Fresh candidates with strong communication skills encouraged to apply.
