M/s Incom Rockwool Pvt Ltd is Pakistan's first rockwool manufacturer, operating a modern plant in Hattar Industrial Estate that produces insulation and acoustic materials meeting ASTM, BS and DIN standards.
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join the maintenance team at our Rawalpindi-area manufacturing facility. The role supports continuous production by maintaining, troubleshooting and upgrading electrical systems across machinery, utility systems and plant infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspection, testing and preventive maintenance of electrical installations, motors, control panels, PLCs, starters and switchgear.
- Troubleshoot faults on production machinery, drives and automation systems to minimize downtime and restore safe operation.
- Carry out wiring, panel assembly, conduit installation and termination work to industrial standards and plant drawings.
- Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring electrical integration with controls and safety interlocks.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, report hazards and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability and safety.
- Work with the maintenance supervisor and cross-functional teams during shutdowns and planned maintenance to execute tasks safely and on schedule.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures and company policies while using appropriate PPE.
Location
Based near Haripur at the Hattar Industrial Estate operations; reports to the Maintenance Lead. Candidates should be able to work shifts as required to support production schedules and emergency call-outs.
