We deliver high-quality custom software, web and mobile applications, cloud-based systems, and integrated business tools to clients in the UK and other markets. The UK Accounts Specialist will join our Finance team in Rawalpindi to manage UK client billing, ensure compliance with UK invoicing and VAT rules, reconcile UK receivables, and act as the primary finance contact for UK-based customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices for UK clients in accordance with contractual terms and UK tax requirements.
• Manage accounts receivable for UK customers: monitor outstanding invoices, follow up on collections, and apply receipts.
• Reconcile bank statements, client accounts, and intercompany transactions related to UK operations.
• Ensure correct application of VAT rules, including reverse charge where applicable, and maintain supporting documentation for audits.
• Coordinate with project managers and delivery teams to validate billable milestones, timesheets, and expenses.
• Maintain clear records for month-end and year-end reporting; assist with preparation of financial schedules and variance analysis for UK contracts.
• Communicate professionally with UK clients and external advisors on billing queries, credit terms, and payment plans.
• Support improvements to invoicing workflows, billing automation, and finance controls specific to the UK market.

Location: Islamabad/Rawalpindi (office-based with collaboration across Islamabad and remote UK stakeholders).
