UT Management is a professional healthcare revenue cycle and medical billing company based in Lahore, serving hospitals, clinics, and allied health providers across Pakistan.

We are seeking a Medical Billing Expert to join our Lahore office to manage end-to-end medical billing operations, ensure accurate claim submission, optimize revenue recovery, and maintain compliance with billing policies and regulations. The role reports to the Head of Revenue Cycle and works closely with coding, collections, and client accounts teams.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Billing & Insurance Specialist with hands-on experience in healthcare billing, insurance verification, and claims management. The ideal candidate must be proficient in billing software, EHR systems, and insurance workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage authorization and pre-certification for healthcare services (including PIP auto insurance)
• Perform insurance verification and benefits eligibility checks
• Handle claims submission, tracking, and follow-ups via online portals
• Conduct denial management and resolution of rejected claims
• Execute payment posting and account reconciliation
• Communicate with insurance companies through calls and emails
• Coordinate with front desk and internal teams for billing updates
• Manage billing operations for surgery centers, pain management, chiropractic services, and radiology centers
