Position: Auto Transport Customer Service Representative

Location: On-site, Lahore

We are expanding our team and looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to assist customers with vehicle shipping, provide quotes, manage bookings, coordinate with dispatch teams, and ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish.

What we're looking for

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Urdu; clear phone etiquette and professional email correspondence.
  • Proven customer-service skills with the ability to de-escalate and resolve conflicts while maintaining composure.
  • Experience using CRM systems, shipment tracking tools or TMS; ability to learn proprietary platforms quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills: case management, prioritization and follow-up to meet SLAs.
  • Basic data entry accuracy and familiarity with MS Excel for tracking and reporting.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to coordinate across teams (operations, warehouse, carriers) to reach timely resolutions.
  • Attention to detail for processing claims, returns and service documentation.
  • Ability to work standard business hours in Lahore and adapt to occasional workload peaks.
