We combine strategic insight, data-driven planning and bold creative to build memorable brands and measurable growth. Our services include brand strategy, creative campaigns, digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media), content & video production, design, influencer partnerships and event activation.

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition, grow revenue from target segments and represent Agency60 in face-to-face and virtual client engagements. The role is based in Lahore and will work closely with strategy, creative and digital teams to convert leads into brief-winning proposals.

Requirements:

13 years of experience in a closing role (B2B/SaaS experience preferred)
Excellent English communication and professional writing skills
Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Ability to manage client relationships from start to finish
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
Self-motivated, target-driven, and performance-oriented mindset
Comfortable working night shifts
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong follow-up and lead-nurturing skills

What we're looking for

Proven track record in B2B sales or business development within advertising, digital agencies, or marketing services.
Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills; ability to convert briefs into compelling solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; comfortable with client-facing meetings.
Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, content, video) and agency workflows.
CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and pipeline management discipline.
Good commercial acumen: pricing, margins, scope control, and basic contract terms.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple opportunities concurrently with clear prioritization.
Fluent in English and Urdu; strong local market knowledge of Pakistan and the UK market.
