What you’ll be doing
Shelbys Arteves Private Limited is a Karachi-based information technology and services company delivering tailored digital solutions across Pakistan and internationally. Our products span web and mobile applications, cloud architecture and migration, cybersecurity, and AI/ML solutions. We seek a creative Video Editor to join a small, multidisciplinary content team to produce high-quality video assets that support product marketing, client case studies, social media engagement, training, and internal communications.

- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos suitable for social media, website, product demos, client presentations, and training modules.
- Create motion graphics, lower thirds, animated titles, and simple 2D animations to clarify product features and workflow.
- Color grade footage and perform audio mixing and cleanup to ensure consistent, broadcast-ready output.
- Collaborate with product managers, marketers, designers, and developers to interpret briefs and deliver on creative requirements and brand guidelines.
- Manage project files, version control, and export settings for multiple platforms and aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1).

- 3+ years editing multi-platform video content.
- Proficient with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects or equivalent for motion graphics and animated titles.
- Experience with color grading tools (DaVinci Resolve or Lumetri) and audio editing/cleanup (Audition, Reaper, or similar).
- Familiarity with export codecs, bitrate settings, and optimization for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and web delivery.
- Ability to create/use templates, proxies, and efficient project workflows.
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition for short-form social and longer case-study videos.
Other:
- Basic understanding of branding, typography, and UX considerations for marketing videos.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback quickly.
