Overview:
Tasty is a growing food & beverages company serving customers across Pakistan. The Corporate Sales & Marketing Executive, based in Lahore and collaborating with the Karachi head office, will drive revenue growth, build corporate relationships, and elevate brand visibility within the target market. This commercially minded role requires understanding foodservice and corporate procurement channels and converting leads into repeat business.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and retain corporate clients, hotels, restaurants, and institutional accounts across Lahore and surrounding areas.
  • Prospect, negotiate, and close contracts with corporate buyers; manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale relationship management.
  • Create and implement targeted marketing campaigns and promotional programs to drive demand, sampling, and trial among key decision-makers.
  • Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery, quality control, and customer satisfaction for corporate orders.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics; present insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decisions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to build brand presence and generate business opportunities.
  • Develop pricing proposals, contracts, and service-level agreements tailored to corporate client needs while maintaining margin objectives.

This is a full-time, commercially focused position with morning shift expectations and local travel to meet clients and attend events as required.

  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills to handle order issues, delivery coordination, and service escalations.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, prioritize high-value opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with the Lahore market, local foodservice landscape, and corporate procurement processes preferred.
