Job Specification
- Updating and managing website content (products, content, promotions) ·
- Working with stakeholders and/or agencies to build traffic & sales via the website.
- Planning, defining and implementing website changes and functional improvements.
- Monitoring/reporting key performance indicators on the website and develop plans to improve them.
- Shopping Cart Development, Management & Security.
- E-Commerce site complete management and development.
- Ensuring integrations and touch points are optimized throughout the retail cycle from on-line browsing to product shipping and fulfillment, including reports and data required to assist customer support.
- Analyzing requirements to gain an understanding of business needs and develop level of effort estimates, software design and development, unit testing, performing design and code reviews, and development of technical documentation.
- Performing system analysis, code modifications, and functional testing to troubleshoot application production issues.
- 5 plus years experience with website and/or e-commerce content management.
- Understanding of payment processing, order management and customer fulfillment in an e-commerce context. Understanding of the disciplines required to drive and manage traffic associate with retail websites.
- Proven experience with HTML;PHP;MySQL;CS Cart;Open Cart; Magento and other standard development tool experience is a plus (Word press, Graphics)
- Experience in e bay;Amazon and Alibaba (or similar e commerce software) or similar ERP software would be a plus.
- Basic understanding of Google products such as Web-master Tools & Analytics would be desirable.
- Quick-study ability to master new technologies and functionality as needed.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple teams while managing deadlines.
- Must have excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, be self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
- Background check will be conducted after conditional offer of employment is extended.
