You will combine market research with proactive outreach and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.

Key responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify target segments, potential clients, and opportunities within Pakistan
- Generate and qualify leads via networking, outreach, referrals, and industry events
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline; track opportunity stages and expected close timelines
- Develop and present tailored commercial proposals and coordinate product demonstrations
- Follow structured sales processes to move prospects through the sales cycle and close deals
- Work with sales and operations teams to ensure onboarding and delivery for new clients
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular reports
What we’re looking for
- Proven B2B lead generation and qualification
- Experience with CRM systems (tracking leads, opportunities, forecasting)
- Market research: segmentation, competitor awareness, opportunity sizing (Pakistan)
- Ability to prepare clear commercial proposals and follow sales processes
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Organizational skills for managing multiple prospects and follow-up
- Networking and attendance at industry events
- Basic MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
