Remote Sales Executive - XEPOS (UK Market)

- Generate and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Engage with business owners and decision-makers across the UK.
- Present XEPOS products and services professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up on sales opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Meet monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.

- Proven sales experience in IT services, software, or cloud solutions with consistent achievement of targets.
- Strong prospecting skills: cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
- Ability to conduct consultative sales conversations, map client requirements, and present solution value.
- Experience preparing proposals, commercial terms, and coordinating technical demos with pre-sales teams.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and maintaining pipeline hygiene and sales reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with C-level and mid-level stakeholders.
- Organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple opportunities in parallel in a fast-paced environment.
