We are seeking a responsible and organized Inventory Control & Warehouse Executive to manage stock operations, maintain accurate inventory records, and support efficient warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities and practical experience using ERP and inventory management systems.
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a responsible and organized Inventory Control & Warehouse Executive to manage stock operations, maintain accurate inventory records, and support efficient warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities and practical experience using ERP and inventory management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for raw materials and finished products.
- Conduct regular stock checks, audits, and inventory reconciliations.
- Coordinate purchase orders and communicate with suppliers regarding stock requirements.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of inventory to minimize losses or damage.
- Prepare inventory reports and stock-related updates for management.
- Implement and improve inventory control procedures and warehouse practices.
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to maintain smooth stock flow.
- Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records within ERP systems.
What we’re looking for
Minimum Requirements
Preferred
- Master's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or stock control.
- Familiarity with ERP software such as Odoo or similar inventory systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Understanding of inventory valuation methods such as FIFO, LIFO, and Weighted Average.
- Experience conducting stock audits and compliance procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment.
