We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive / Field Sales Officer to join our team. The role is primarily field-based and involves meeting customers, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit existing and potential customers daily
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with office staff for smooth order processing
- Submit daily activity reports and market feedback
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Achieve assigned sales and recovery targets
What we’re looking for
- Must have: Own a motorcycle and hold a valid driving license
- Willingness to travel regularly within Multan and surrounding areas
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
- Ability to maintain accurate daily reporting and follow-up records
- Approximately 80% field work and 20% office/reporting work
- Regular customer visits and active market engagement
- Self-motivated, hardworking, target-driven, honest and responsible
- Previous sales or field marketing experience is an advantage
