Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor daily site operations
- Manage labor and track attendance
- Inspect material quality and ensure proper storage
- Enforce safety standards on site
- Submit daily/weekly progress reports to management
- Ensure work completion according to BOQ and project timelines
- Maintain quality control and workmanship standards
- Ensure site discipline and cleanliness
What we’re looking for
Must-have Skills & Experience:
- Clear understanding of concrete, masonry, and structural work
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Basic knowledge of costing and budget management
- Good communication skills (Urdu/English)
- Strong leadership qualities
- Basic MS Office proficiency
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil construction projects
