Job Summary:
- Deliver training across multiple in-demand IT courses and mentor students through badge-based programs.
- Prepare and deliver course content, slides, notes, assignments, practical tasks and lab sessions.
- Support students in skill development through guidance and hands-on mentorship.
- Assist in practical and hands-on learning in lab sessions and real-world projects.
Courses to be taught:
- MS Office & Digital Literacy
- Graphic Designing - Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
- AI Agents Creation
- Web Development - Cursor AI, WordPress, Custom Development
- IT Support - Networking, Computer Setup, Troubleshooting
- Google SEO with AI Content
- E-commerce with Shopify
- Digital Marketing with Generative AI - Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads
Course format & schedule:
- Badge-based course (each badge 2.53 months)
- Class duration: 2.53 hours per session
- Shift: Morning Shift
Compensation: PKR 35,000 - 50,000

What we’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven teaching or training experience preferred
- Hands-on expertise in at least 23 of the listed courses (e.g., Web Development, Graphic Design, IT Support, Digital Marketing, SEO, Shopify, AI tools)
- Ability to create and deliver engaging course content, slides, assignments and practical labs
- Passion for student development and hands-on learning
