What you’ll be doing
Open DevSol is an Information Technology and Services firm based in Islamabad seeking a creative Graphic Designer, SEO & Content Writing Intern to join our digital marketing team.
The full-time internship offers hands-on experience creating visual content, writing and optimizing articles, and supporting SEO campaigns for client and in-house projects. The intern will work closely with senior designers and marketers to learn industry workflows, brand development, and analytics-driven content strategies.
The role is based in Islamabad and requires working from the office during standard business hours. This internship is intended to develop practical skills across design, content, and SEO, with mentorship from experienced team members and opportunities to contribute to client-facing deliverables.

- Create visual assets: Design social media graphics, banners, simple infographics, and presentation slides following brand guidelines.
- Content writing: Produce clear, engaging blog posts, web copy, and social captions tailored to target audiences and campaign goals.
- On-page SEO: Perform keyword research, optimize meta titles and descriptions, structure content for search, and provide suggestions to improve organic visibility.
- Collaborate: Work with the marketing team to align visuals and copy, incorporate feedback, and maintain asset libraries.
- Support analytics: Assist in tracking basic content performance metrics and suggest iterative improvements based on data.
- Project workflow: Manage assigned tasks, meet deadlines, and participate in planning and review sessions.

What we’re looking for
- Proficiency with graphic tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva for creating social media and web graphics.
- Basic understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong written English with the ability to craft concise blog posts, web copy, and social captions.
- Familiarity with on-page SEO practices: keyword research, meta tags, headings, and content optimization.
- Experience or willingness to learn CMS platforms (WordPress) and content publishing workflows.
- Ability to use basic analytics (Google Analytics/Search Console) to interpret content performance.
- Time management and communication skills; comfortable receiving feedback and iterating on designs and copy.
- Portfolio or sample work demonstrating design pieces and writing samples (class or personal projects accepted).
