Role:
- Experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales function in Lahore, focusing on pet/animal health products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve territory and regional targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Plan and execute product promotional activities and campaigns.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market developments.
- Supervise operational matters related to sales functions.

- 6-7+ years relevant sales experience in animal health, pets, or related industries.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
