What we’re looking for
Must-have:

- Familiarity with on-page SEO: headings, meta descriptions, keyword placement, readability optimization.
- Comfort with web publishing workflows: CMS editing, formatting lists, inserting links and images.
- Attention to detail for proofreading, grammar, and consistent tone.
- Ability to accept feedback and revise work quickly to meet editorial standards and deadlines.
- Basic competency with Google Docs and Microsoft Word; simple image/visual editing tools a plus.
