Key Responsibilities
- Respond to new leads via calls, messages, WhatsApp, or email
- Explain tutoring services, subjects, tutor profiles, pricing, and class structure
- Identify student/parent needs and recommend suitable programs
- Schedule trial classes and ensure parents/students receive details
- Follow up proactively with leads not immediately converted
- Track trial class outcomes and update records
- Convert trials into paid enrollments
What we’re looking for
- Must-have: Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Willingness to work night shift (9:00 PM 6:00 AM) and day shift rotations
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with CRM and data entry
- Strong persuasion, problem-solving, and analytical skills
