You will communicate with international students and parents, respond to enquiries, provide information about tutoring services, and deliver support via calls, chat, email, and WhatsApp. You will handle follow-ups, maintain CRM records, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls, chat, WhatsApp, and email.
- Provide information about tutoring services, pricing, and schedules.
- Handle follow-ups and student/parent onboarding processes.
- Maintain and update CRM/customer records and data entry tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
- Meet performance targets and contribute to team goals.
- Work on rotating day and night shifts as required.
What we’re looking for
- Must-have: Graduate or undergraduate (freshers may apply)
- Communication: Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Technical: Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, GHL, CRM systems, and data entry
- Other: Willingness to work day or night shifts; strong persuasion, problem-solving, and analytical skills
