What you’ll be doing

Overview

The Executive Quality Control (QC) is responsible for ensuring that products meet company quality standards and food safety requirements throughout the production process. The role includes routine inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods; maintaining quality records and reports; monitoring compliance with GMP and hygiene procedures; and assisting in implementing quality assurance systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine quality and hygiene inspections across production and non-production areas.
  • Monitor compliance with GMP, PPE, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
  • Prepare inspection reports, maintain hygiene records and checklists.
  • Investigate non-conformities and support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with production, HR, and administrative departments for corrective actions, awareness, and compliance improvement.
  • Supervise production staff for discipline, attendance, hygiene compliance, and proper work practices.
  • Provide guidance and training to production workers on quality requirements and safe work practices.
  • Perform additional quality control, production monitoring, and supervisory tasks as assigned.

What we’re looking for

Must-have

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Control, Hygiene Monitoring, or Food Safety in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards, GMP, and PPE requirements.
  • Experience monitoring workplace sanitation across production and non-production areas.
  • Ability to prepare inspection reports and maintain hygiene records and checklists.
  • Experience investigating non-conformities and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to enforce employee cleanliness, grooming compliance, and proper work practices.

Other

  • Good communication and coordination skills to work with production, HR, and admin teams.
