What you’ll be doing
Role Summary:
- Responsible for driving room sales and maximizing occupancy through corporate and FIT (independent traveler) segments.
- Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients and travel partners, with emphasis on local medical tourism accounts and other corporate segments.
- Implement sales strategies, prepare offers and proposals, and coordinate with operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client contacts, negotiations, and business leads in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and annual room revenue and occupancy targets.
What we’re looking for
- Must-have: 13 years of room sales experience, preferably within Johar Town/Expo Centre vicinity.
- Active corporate client portfolio with proven track record in corporate sales.
- Knowledge of local medical tourism corporate rates and procedures.
- Experience driving occupancy from corporate and FIT segments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to prepare proposals, manage follow-ups, and maintain CRM records.
