We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to drive business growth through digital marketing, lead generation, and paid advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
- Generate high-quality leads for UK-based businesses
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to improve ROI
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies
- Improve website rankings and organic traffic
- Create and schedule engaging social media content
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
- Track conversions, leads, and marketing KPIs
- Work closely with management to develop marketing strategies
- Identify new opportunities for lead generation and business growth
What we’re looking for
- Must-have: Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing
- Proven experience: Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads (Meta Ads)
- Lead generation: Strong understanding of strategies for generating quality leads
- SEO: Keyword research, on-page optimization, Google Search Console
- Analytics: Google Analytics
- CRM: Experience using CRM systems
- Social media: Experience managing business accounts and content scheduling
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English
- Work style: Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Preferred: Experience generating leads for UK businesses and experience in automotive, construction, beauty, or technology industries
- Education/Qualification: Relevant marketing qualification preferred
