What you’ll be doing
Company: Rubaan (AI agency based in Lahore)
Role overview: Join as the first Business Development Representative to build outbound sales and client pipelines for AI automation services. This is an on-site, full-time, manager-level role with morning shift and travel as required.
Key responsibilities:
Work location: On-site in Lahore, Pakistan. Travel required.
Compensation: 40,000 - 80,000 PKR (monthly). Commission structure referenced in description.
Work mode & shift: On-site, morning shift.

Key responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients in Pakistan and internationally
- Run cold email campaigns targeting businesses needing AI automation
- Make cold calls to decision-makers at SMEs, startups, and corporate clients
- Send cold DMs via LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp to warm up prospects
- Book and attend discovery calls and pitch services
- Follow up consistently and move prospects through the pipeline

What we’re looking for
- Fresh graduates welcome hunger and drive valued over years of experience
- Experience (preferred): business development, sales, or digital marketing
- Outbound experience: cold outreach via email, calls, or DMs
- Languages: excellent written and verbal communication in English and Urdu
- Self-starter: able to work without constant supervision
- Mindset: startup mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and fast pace
- Technical familiarity (advantage): AI, automation, or digital services
- Content skills (advantage): social media content-creation and understanding of performance
- Location: based in Lahore
