What you’ll be doing
Overview:
A secretary is required to manage clinic operations and assist with patient guidance.
Location:
Karachi (near Hill Park General Hospital).
Timings:
2 PM to 9 PM (Evening shift).

- Manage patient appointments and scheduling.
- Attend phone calls, messaging inquiries, and patient queries.
- Welcome and assist patients at reception.
- Maintain patient records and clinic documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth operations.
- Handle billing, payments, and receipts.
- Manage clinic correspondence and administrative tasks.
- Ensure a professional and friendly environment for patients.

- Professional and well-presented appearance.
- Good communication skills in Urdu and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

- Intermediate or Bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, or medical office (preferred).
