- Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms.
- Create engaging content including posts, graphics, videos, and campaigns.
- Manage online communities and audience engagement.
- Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Cover events and produce real-time content for digital platforms.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and audience insights.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen brand presence and awareness.
- Support stakeholder engagement and community outreach initiatives.
What we’re looking for
Must-have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong content writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Familiarity with social media analytics, advertising tools, and performance reporting.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (advantage).
- Creative mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
