What you’ll be doing

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee financial management, accounting operations, budgeting, compliance, donor reporting, and audit functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring financial transparency, accountability, and effective resource management.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee financial management, accounting operations, budgeting, compliance, donor reporting, and audit functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring financial transparency, accountability, and effective resource management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting operations, financial records, and reporting processes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in coordination with management
- Monitor project budgets, donor funds, and grant expenditures
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and statutory regulations
- Coordinate internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations
- Manage cash flow, banking operations, and financial controls
- Supervise and mentor finance and accounts staff
- Liaise with auditors, banks, tax consultants, donors, and regulatory authorities
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or NGO financial management
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance requirements
- Experience with donor-funded projects and grant financial management preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with SECP, FBR, audit, and regulatory compliance requirements (preferred)
