What you’ll be doing
Overview: Savtech Digital is a Karachi-based digital agency seeking a Front Sales Associate focused on eBooks to drive inbound and outbound conversions for digital content products.

- Act as the initial point of contact for eBook inquiries and respond to inbound leads via phone and CRM channels.
- Qualify prospects by identifying needs, budget, timeline, and decision-makers; maintain detailed CRM records.
- Present eBook packages, pricing, and delivery schedules; provide consultative recommendations and tailored proposals.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals through consistent outreach and pipeline management.
- Coordinate with content, design, and project teams to ensure accurate order capture and timely delivery.
What we’re looking for
Must-have:
- 1-2 years sales or client-facing experience in digital products, content sales, or marketing services.
- Proven front-line customer-facing experience in digital products or marketing services.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English and Urdu; comfortable with sales calls and video demonstrations.
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar) to track leads and update opportunity stages.
- Consultative selling skills: needs analysis, objection handling, presenting tailored proposals, closing techniques.
- Basic understanding of eBook formats, digital content packaging, and delivery timelines.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social channels; disciplined follow-up and pipeline management.
- Organizational skills for managing multiple leads, documentation, and handoffs.
- Target-driven mindset; ability to work to weekly and monthly KPIs and maintain accurate reporting.
