Working closely with a small operations and marketing team, successful hires will help build the client pipeline, support internal IT tasks, maintain lead databases, and ensure smooth day-to-day technical operations. This role suits candidates who enjoy a mix of customer-facing work and practical IT support in a dynamic startup environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to qualify leads, capture prospect details, and schedule follow-ups for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and update lead status, notes, and information promptly.
- Provide first-line IT support for office hardware, software, and network issues; escalate technical problems when necessary.
- Assist in setting up workstations, installing software, and ensuring endpoint security best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with marketing to implement lead-generation strategies and track campaign performance metrics.
- Prepare simple performance reports and support data-handling tasks.
- Work night shift: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
What we’re looking for
Must-have skills
Preferred
- Proven experience in telecalling, customer outreach, or inside sales with clear verbal communication and phone etiquette.
- Basic IT support skills: Windows/Linux troubleshooting, software installation, and peripheral setup.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel for basic data handling).
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong data-entry accuracy and ability to manage follow-up schedules.
- Basic understanding of network connectivity and common troubleshooting steps for internet/VoIP issues.
Preferred
- Experience using CRM systems and generating simple performance reports.
- Comfortable using scripts, handling objections, and maintaining a professional tone under pressure.
