Overview:
- Serve as first point of contact for prospects and convert leads into long-term clients.
- Engage potential clients, generate sales opportunities, and maximize revenue through upselling eCommerce services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales communications (calls, emails, meetings).
- Qualify leads and identify client requirements.
- Present services including Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and eCommerce account management solutions.
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and product/service demonstrations.
- Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications.
- Convert leads into paying customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM tools.
- Coordinate with operations and account management teams for onboarding.
- Build long-term client relationships and maintain customer satisfaction.
What we’re looking for
Must-have Skills & Experience:
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, or related role (job states 2 years overall experience).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling client meetings and sales calls.
- Ability to understand client pain points and recommend solutions.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills; target-driven mindset.
- Basic understanding of Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and online marketplaces.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation.
- Familiarity with international clients and B2B sales.
- Knowledge of eCommerce account management, PPC, and marketplace operations.
