What you’ll be doing
AY Growth Hub, a digital marketing agency, seeks a creative Content Strategist & Reel Creator to develop engaging social media content for clients across industries. Responsibilities include researching trending and viral formats, generating creative content ideas, creating reels and short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, turning products/services/images into compelling social posts, developing content strategies to improve engagement and reach, repurposing existing content into multiple reel formats, staying updated with platform trends and audience behavior, and ensuring content aligns with brand objectives and marketing goals. Role is on-site in Lahore, requires night-shift availability and travel as needed.
What we’re looking for
- Must-have: Strong understanding of social media platforms and current content trends
- Creative mindset with ability to generate fresh content ideas
- Basic understanding of reel creation and short-form video production (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
- Comfortable working night shifts and available to work on-site in Lahore
- Willingness to travel as required
